Organisation
At Copenhagen Vineyard we are organised with the Leadership Team, the administration and advisory board and many volunteers. Here you can read more about how that works in practice.
We are currently in the process of reviewing our management structure, including our Articles of Association and our Advisory Board Rules of Procedure. These pages will therefore be updated with this information as it becomes clear.
Leadership Team
The Leadership Team consists of our pastors and other key leaders. It is the leadership team that is responsible for the day-to-day management of the church.
Administration
Our administration consists of three employees who share the administrative tasks, including finance, between them.
Advisory Board
Our Advisory Board has responsibility for overseeing the church's activities, including especially finances and personnel. The board is also available to the leadership team for advice on decisions within the church.
Volunteers
At Copenhagen Vineyard, many things happen with the help of volunteers. The volunteers who help are organised in different areas of responsibility under the church's leadership team. Some volunteers give one day a week and meet on Mondays in our staff.
